Refund Policy
1. Scope: This Refund Policy applies to all users, customers, and clients (hereinafter referred to as “Clients”) of Publicity Mantra, a registered company located in Lucknow, under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This policy is applicable to both online and offline transactions.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- Overpayment: If a client has made an overpayment for our services.
- Service Non-Delivery: In the event that Publicity Mantra fails to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the service agreement.
3. Refund Process: Clients requesting a refund must contact Publicity Mantra at support@publicitymantra.com with details of the issue and relevant documentation, such as invoices and payment receipts. Publicity Mantra will review the request and, if deemed valid, initiate the refund process.
4. Overpayment: If a client has made an overpayment, Publicity Mantra will refund the excess amount within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Service Non-Delivery: If Publicity Mantra fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the service agreement, clients may be eligible for a refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the undelivered services.
6. Refund Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Clients change their minds about the services after payment.
- Client’s Failure: If the client fails to provide the necessary information or cooperation required for service delivery.
- Force Majeure: Refunds will not be granted for circumstances beyond the control of Publicity Mantra, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events.
7. Dispute Resolution: If a client is dissatisfied with the resolution of their refund request, the dispute shall be resolved by the laws of India and under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
